Established in 2004, F&R CONSTRUCTION proudly serves the DC Metro Area, as a full-service remodeling company. We can take on any size interior or exterior residential remodeling project.
OUR HISTORY - Our experience started in some of the already established remodeling companies in the area. We learn from the best and served under their guidance for several years before going on our own. We still keep in touch and sometimes are called to offer our services by the ones we once called "The boss".

OUR MISSION - It's a very simple one. We are a family own and operated company who enjoys serving our community. We have the desire to grow but never to forget where we started from. We like to take on one project at a time and we like to do things right the first time.

PUNCTUALITY, We understand fully that your time is of extreme valuable. We will do our best each time to meet with you at the appointed time and place. If something was to change you would be notified in advance and not at the last minute.

- SCHEDULING: Yes, we can work on your schedule. Because some clients prefer to be present and some others rather us not work on Sundays when the game is on.
- INSURANCE: No matter the size of the remodeling project, it will be covered by our insurance policy for your peace of mind. A copy of it will be shared with each approved proposal.
- CLEANUP: After all is done we cleanup. We'll takeaway all the trash and debris resulting.
