We purchase our home August 2020 with an unfinished basement. After settling in and understanding that we needed the space we did as everyone else. We called several local remodeling/construction companies. GarCru Construction came in 2nd. in pricing but the level of communication, attention to detail and materials suggested did it for us. We couldn't be happier.
It's winter and yes there's not much to do out side, except that we had 2 trees with heavy branches leaning over our house. Not wanting to take a chance at a good snow storm we remember having worked with Albaro in the past and called him up again. He gave us great price and within a week the work was done. Peace of mind is always a good thing.
CoVid-19 is on everyone mind these days and after a few estimates to repair our bathroom we notice the way Mr. Albaro (GarCru Cosntruction) conducted himself. We are still considering a minor repair or just doing a full remodel but for now this review is about him. Our next review will be about his work. We are looking forward to it.
Bathroom Remodel in McLean, VA: We removed the old fixtures and drywall, updated the electrical and plumbing. We then install waterproof drywall, paint, tile and fixtures ( Glass Shower, 2 Person Vanity, Floating Bathtub ) Project Cost: $15K Labor & Materials with a 5 year warranty on labor. Completed in approx. 2 weeks.
